Terms of Service

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, forms a legal agreement between you and Groupr Technologies Inc. ("Groupr," "we," "us"). By downloading, accessing, installing, or using Groupr's mobile applications (the "Apps"), websites (the "Sites"), or receiving services supplied by Groupr (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these terms and the Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver described herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Use of Services

• You represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding your use of the Services.

SNAP & Age-Restricted Products

Groupr complies with federal SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) guidelines. Eligible customers may use a valid EBT card to purchase SNAP-approved items from participating merchants.

By providing Groupr with your SNAP EBT card information, you agree to and confirm the following:

• You are legally authorized to use the SNAP EBT card provided
• The SNAP EBT card is valid and current
• You grant Groupr permission to utilize your SNAP EBT card information solely for the purpose of facilitating transactions involving your SNAP benefits.

Age-restricted items (e.g., alcohol, tobacco) are not sold by Groupr.

Usage & Technology Requirements

You are responsible for your mobile device, data plan, and internet connection costs. Groupr does not guarantee access across all devices or locations.

SMS Messaging Program (Groupr Order Notifications)

Groupr operates an SMS program named "Groupr Order Notifications." Participation is opt-in only during account creation and is not a condition of purchase. The program delivers transactional messages: account notifications, delivery updates, payment reminders, and customer care responses. Message frequency varies based on your order activity (typically 1–5 messages per active order). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. For SMS support, email team@groupr.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Marketing SMS, where offered, requires a separate opt-in and may be cancelled independently by replying STOP to a marketing message. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy for full details.

License Grant & Restrictions

Groupr grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Services for unauthorized purposes.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and accept liability for all activities conducted under your account.

Payment Terms

All orders are subject to payment authorization. We may decline orders for any reason. Refunds are issued at Groupr's discretion. Groupr reserves the right to assess restocking or cancellation fees in line with our cancellation policy.

Promotional Offers

Promotions and discounts may vary. Unless made available to you, they do not apply to your use of the Services.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and proprietary rights associated with the Services are owned by Groupr Technologies Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Groupr disclaims all liability for damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Modifications & Termination

Groupr reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes. Groupr may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution (Arbitration & Class Action Waiver)

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, waiving class action rights. You may opt out of arbitration by providing written notice to legal@groupr.co within 30 days of your first use of the Services.

Export Laws & Taxes

You are responsible for compliance with all export laws and for paying any taxes related to your use of the Services.
